I ate a cheeseburger with fries. It tasted okay. 5 hours later I started having severe diarrhea for the next 2.5 hours. It finally calmed down after I vomited. I had no appetite for the next two days and the diarrhea continued for 24 hours after it began | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
