I ate a value fry and three tacos from Jack in the Box, and within an hour I was nauseated and had to rush to the bathroom twice. I have terrible diarrhea, and I can only assume that I suddenly felt sick to my stomach after eating food from Jack in the Box. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
