At Jacks seafood last night around 7:30 - we drank tap water, are butterfly shrimp, calamari squid, and a halibut burger. Just two hours later the gas and headache started , Roughly 2-3 hours symptoms began. Both my fiancé and myself. Started with severe gas, then nausea, Projectile vomiting more than 20 times, diarrhea, severe body pain, barely able to move, headache, abdominal pain, from 12 last night until just a few hours ago.
