On March 31,2018 about 5 pm went there and ordered the steamer with clams, mussels and shrimp. approximately 2 hours later I was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Had to stay in bed the next day, still sick. Called Joes Crab shack to let them know it happened. They suggested I go to see a Doctor. I didn't because it was Easter Sunday and wasn't sure if my insurance would cover it.they said they would report this to there I never did hear headquarters and they would call me to see how I was doing. Went home the next day and saw my doctor, he said I had gotten food poisoning and was dehydrated. I was sick for over 3 days. I never did receive a call from them. I contacted the Restaurant every sunday morning since then. The managers have all told me that it was reported, there were 4 different managers I spoke with. They said they would report it again. I have called 8 sundays in arow counting the first time and still no response. I believe they don't care about there. Patrons. That Was the forth time my wife and I have eaten there and each time spent around $100. It will have been my last time to eat at such an uncaring company! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
