I had a zinger box meal along with 4 hot wings at 11.45am on friday 24th May. Within 3 hours i had vomiting nausia and dihorea which has gone on for the rest of the day so far. I ate nothing else before or after, So far.........9 vomiting attacks 10 dihorea | الأعراض: قيء, غثيان, حمى, إسهال
