Noticed a gentleman that should have been doing fries was somewhere out the back, hopefully not using the facilities in his cook uniform.Stomach ache within a few hours of meal. Then next morning severe diarrhea and nausea. Had to take a day off work... So far! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
