Food purchased at 1:30pm today, Popercorn chicken and mayo wrap. Only I got sick. I purchased the food at 1:30 pm yesterday for my lunch, as I was eating the food I did noticed that the chicken in the wrap didn’t taste normal but this was something I realised more towards the end of the wrap. I finished the food and headed back to work for the afternoon. I got back to work at 2 pm. It then got to 3 pm and I felt slightly sick but didn’t think anything of it. By 4 pm I was heaving behind my dental mask, but it was controllable. I opened the windows in my surgery to allow plenty of air into the room to make me feel better. By 5:45 pm I had projectile vomited in the toilets at my place of work. I travelled home as quickly as possible, but was sadly sick on the way home too. I had to phone my mum in advance to advise her to keep our bathroom free so I could go in as soon as I got home. I got home at 6:20 pm and was sick until 7 am this morning. I was therefore unable to go to work today, and I have not been paid so I am very upset about this. I have just spoken to the doctor as I am experiencing some unbearable stomach pains which feel like they are taking my breath away. I also have a very bad case of diarrhoea. I haven’t been sick since this morning but I am back and forth to the toilet. My symptoms before I fell unwell were feeling sick and stomach pains. | الأعراض: قيء, ألم المعدة, إسهال, غثيان
