Had a latte and pastry in the cafe around 9.30am, hadn’t eaten anything else since dinner night before. By 11.20am I had liquid diarrhea. Nausea, cramps started mid afternoon, vomiting started a little later. Cramps and diarrhea are continue - now 24 hours later. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
