Ate bbq chicken pizza, garlic bread and a Caesar salad at 7pm. Instead of normal chicken breast pizza had what looked like chicken sausage on it. 4 hours later indigestion, followed by a night and day of explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting., I was the only person who ate the food and got sick. | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, الصداع النصفي, عسر الهضم
