Eating at a casino buffet, Approximately 2 hours after getting home he complained of severe abdominal pain. He started vomiting/diarrhea around 1:30am last night and never stopped until 6am this morning. He vomited and had diarrhea continuously every 2-3 minutes. | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, حمى, غثيان
