I bought 2 ready meals from M&S yesterday lunchtime, the first one I ate straight away - balanced for you pulled ham in mustard sauce - and the other I had for dinner - spaghetti carbonara. At midnight I woke with terrible stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting which have been ongoing since. I have had to cancel an appointment and have been unable to get to work.
