I ate a McDouble, small fry and a Dr. Pepper. 1hr later I was puking my guts up. For 12 hours I would be freezing cold then vomit then sweating bullets then vomit. Terrible nausea. Horrible experience. Never eating this s h i t again! | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
