Purchased a mc chicken sandwich yesterday December 6 and a berry smoothie. The sandwich was disgusting also the berry smoothie which was more like yogurt. Began belching the chicken sandwich later in the evening. Around midnight I began having stomach cramps. Nausea and diarrhea. Can't go to work today because of all this. What is in mc donalds food.
