Both my girlfriend and I had breakfast at McDonald's. And ate exactly the same thing after that she started feeling nauseous which makes me nervous because she is pregnant. Soon after I became nauseous and now have diarrhea. I'm hoping that it doesn't get too serious that we have to go to E.R | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
