I ate Mcdonald’s at 7:15 pm yesterday and went home and was fine, then woke up at 7 am to go to work and had horrible abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea which then turned into frequent vomiting. I was the only one who ate it. | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان
