I had a mcchicken sandwich meal for tea as took the kids for a treat and a couple of hours later iv got stomach cramps, diarrhoea, nausea and im shivering but im red hot. I know it's what i ate at McDonald's as the only other thing I had eat was cereal in the morning. | الأعراض: حمى, غثيان, تشنجات
