Order a gourmet beef burger at around 1am 25th November 2018. At around 9 am started feeling uncomfortable with some gurgling symptoms in my stomach. By 12pm, I was in a full fever, vomiting violently and had cold shakes mixed with intense heat. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
