Monday april 15, 2019 around 730 pm. Felt sick immediately after eating. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and a ten peice nugget with a dr pepper. Went to bed early because I didnt feel good after eating. Woke up in the middle of the night with nausea and vomiting. Followed by diahhrea
