Grand big Mac Consumed grand big Mac at 8pm. Slept with very unsettled stomach. Experienced violent vomiting at 10am the next morning. Vomited a few times in the space of an hour, then did not vomit again at all. Diarrhoea present as well. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
