While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
