stopped in at drive thru approx 11pm on Thurs Feb 21 2019. Ordered a large fry only. Started to eat immediately - fries were barely warm. Ate 75 % of them anyway as I was hungry. 4am the vomiting and diarrhea started. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
