Had a big Mac with fries at about 4:45pm. Starting feeling ill around 8pm and by 9pm had a really hugh fever and felt extremely nauseous. Have been bedbound for nearly 2 days with the occasional diarrhoea. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
