I bought a McDonald's a Mac chicken sandwich from a meal deal and was half into eating it when I felt something moving on my lips so then swallowed it and looked in the chicken to see brown long worms to then have vomited and have not long had an operation from given birth i want to report this company as this has made me ill | الأعراض: قيء
