I eat mcdonalds once a week being on the road for work. I've never experienced symptoms like this. I have twin boys and domestic partner it's not the flu clearly they be sick as well. this is last thing I ate before tragedy struck. 48 hours of sickness | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
