We got 4 chickens nugget happy meals for our kids at McDonald's in wal mart in north bay for my kids and 3 of them started to puke a hour after they finsh eating my older son had a cheess burger happy meal and never got sick so there something wrong with the chicken nuggets so you better go and check over there what going on thanks | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
