I went there last night and got a mcchicken and a cheeseburger. I was feeling fine last night but this morning I woke up due to extreme stomach cramps and diarrhea. Nausea started about 15 minutes after waking up and I can barely walk because of the pain. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
