Large crispy chicken deluxe meal at 2pm on Tuesday.Felt it sitting in my stomach and not digesting for hours. Eventually, around 9pm I had my first vomit. Until 3am I was suffering nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea every 40minutes. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
