Both my little brother and I ate McDonald’s around 5:30pm. My symptoms started at 8:30pm and vomiting started at 10:30pm. My brothers vomiting started at 12:15am. He ate a chicken nugget kids meal with fries and I ate a Pico Quac Burger and a handful of fries. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
