Had several double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The next day I felt horrible. Extreme nausea and light headedness. I almost passed out several times. Eventually this lead to vomiting. Which, without too much description, had contents of obviously undigested McDonald's. This was over 24 hours ago and I haven't eaten much since. My digestive tract is fairly quick. So it is alarming that the food remained in my stomach for that long without being digested.
