So I ate a fillet and fries at about 1pm. I got nauseous straight after and laid down. I felt nauseous all day. Felt a temp around 5pm. Stayed rest of the day. It’s now 12 midnight and I have been vomiting and have a upset stomach | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
