After I got off of work I went to McDonalds. I ate the Grand Mac and a medium fry. A few hours later I went to sleep, feeling slightly nauseous. I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible stomach cramps. I went to use the restroom and had very bad diarrhea. | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات
