Had a big mac, fries and milkshake. Went to sleep about an hour or two after and woke up at 8am having to run to the toilet. Bad stomach since then and feeling extremely sick. Hoping this is the extent and I don't be sick. Never normally have this problem | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
