I had a mcdouble meal with fries and a water on December 30th 2018 around 12:30 am, then felt symptoms start at 11:00 am after waking up which got progressively worse through the day, where vomitting set in around 7pm lasting until midnight. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
