I ordered a double cheese burger and large chips around 11 but by 2 I was consistently vomiting every 10 minutes which continued throughout the evening till 10 where I got a high fever but due to medicine I got better and stopped the constant vomiting however still very nauseous also I was dehydrated for the whole time however I could not drink as it all just came back out | الأعراض: حمى, غثيان, قيء
