I ate at the mcdonalds inside of macys on 34th st. I had chicken nuggets and fries. then i went to another mcdonalds near there and got a frappe. when I got home my stomach was killing me so I tried to sleep it off.Around 3am I woke up and started throwing up. then I went to the bathroom and had diahrrea. This kept happening until 9 in the morning. It is now 3pm in the afternoon and I still have diahrrea and I still feel nauseous. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
