I had a double cheeseburger and small fry at 1:30 and right after I ate it I felt sour! Shortly there after was vomiting and nauseous and then extreme diarrhea follows. This ia the only thing I have eaten today and am sure it was bad. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
