I order a quarter pounder with cheese. As soon as I finished it I started to feel sick. I then rushed to the bathroom and had severe diarrhea. I also am very nauseated now. I will NEVER eat that dirty food EVER AGAIN! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
