Purchased a pizza on Saturday night and woke up about 4 hrs later with severe diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day Sunday and finally subsided on Monday. A doctor visit on Monday confirmed food poisoning., I was the only one who ate that pizza and I was the only one who got sick. | الأعراض: إسهال
