Not sure which one- my neighbor and 3 coworkers ate there and then all developed diarrhea a week later. It has been 7 weeks, and they all still have it! He has lost 25 pounds. Not sure if it’s a parasite, Hep A, or what. No answers from doctors yet. Happened July 3, 2019. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
