Hay joey bag of donuts with chicken black beans queso cilantro onions jalapenos. Thats all i ate the whole dayAnd a little after eating i didnt feel soon good. I came home from work and layed in bed. Eventually had to go to the bathroom to vomit and dhiarrhea. This didnt stop and it is not the next day and i called out of work and im laying in bed having little to no sleep and not being able to even keep water down. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
