I ordered the Penne Rosa and substituted the penne for Zoodles (zucchini noodles). Added shrimp, parm chicken, and brocolli. No tomatoes or mushrooms. Picked my meal up at ~6:15pm and got sick within the hour. Diarrhea and vomiting for almost 3 hours. Contemplating ER. I'll never eat there again. This is miserable. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
