I ate pizza at Occidental Caribe on June 2, 2019 and immediately felt sick cramps and had diarrhea. All night and then next day I had diarrhea and cramps and did everything I ate went right thru me. I drank sprite all day on Monday and stopped eating, Only I got sick. Lasted a day and a half. I had antibiotics from the US but did not decide to take it since I felt better on Tuesday the day I was leaving. | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات
