My brother and I had drinks which were all inclusive after we started to get real sick. I found a worm the buffet which I showed the waiter. He took the dish away, but returned with the same dish minus the worm. We arrived in Germany and spent one week in the hospital. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
