I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day, and had a very mild lunch, so I'm fairly certain eating at Olive Garden caused my food poisoning. I've occasionally had food poisoning before that wasn't a huge issue, but this is truly the sickest I have ever been. I was about to head to the ER when my symptoms started to subside a little.
