I ate some orange chicken from Panda Express 4 days ago for dinner. When I was done I had gotten a stomach ache, I tried to sleep it off. The next morning I woke up nauseated, then when I sat up it hit me, I had to rush to the restroom to vomit. For two days I had diarrhea, and on the third I felt a little better and now today i stll have a slight stomach ache. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
