I went to dine at Panera Bread in Wilmington at 1:00 pm September 30th, 2016. I had the mac and cheese bread bowl. Right after I ate it and was driving home, I felt the urge to vomit and use the bathroom. I immediately had to stop at a store to use the bathroom.
