I went to dine at Panera Bread in Wilmington at 1:00 pm September 30th, 2016. I had the mac and cheese bread bowl. Right after I ate it and was driving home, I felt the urge to vomit and use the bathroom. I immediately had to stop at a store to use the bathroom. Once I got home, I was back on the toilet puking and very bad diahrrea. I got home at 2:00 pm. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
