My boss & I order had tea with lemons and salads for lunch. I became sick to my stomach as well as very itchy after having lunch. Unknown to me, my boss had also got sick after lunch, she broke out into hives and was very itchy. We love Panera but I'm not sure what went wrong today but there was something definitely wrong with either the food or tea. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
