I ate the Modern Caprese sandwich with added tomato and avocado. Within an hour, I developed horrible diarrhea which kept me in the bathroom every thirty minutes for twenty-four hours and counting. It was the only thing I ate all day, so it must have been the culprit. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
