I had a You Pick Two with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Within two hours of eating, I began having stomach cramps and nausea. I had loose stool and diarrhea which was green tinged, and continue to have stomach discomfort. I am unsure if I have a fever. I will be going to the doctor. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات, حمى
