Roommate ordered pepperoni pizza, I had two slices (had been delivered only 20 minutes earlier), then went to bed within the hour after consumption. I woke up a few hours later with intense stomach cramps and nausea. My stomach was burning and I felt like I was being ripped apart from the inside out. I've never experienced pain like this before.
